Por favor lee estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos", "Términos de Servicio") cuidadosamente antes de usar el sitio web y la aplicación Kordra (el "Servicio") operado por Godsall.Dev ("nosotros", "nos" o "nuestro"), operando como Kordra.
1. Aceptación de Términos
Al acceder o usar el Servicio aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no podrás acceder al Servicio.
2. Cuentas
Cuando creas una cuenta con nosotros, debes proporcionarnos información precisa, completa y actual en todo momento. No hacerlo constituye un incumplimiento de los Términos, lo que puede resultar en la terminación inmediata de tu cuenta en nuestro Servicio.
3. Propiedad Intelectual
El Servicio y su contenido original (excluyendo el Contenido proporcionado por los usuarios), características y funcionalidad son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de Godsall.Dev y sus licenciantes. Conservas todos los derechos sobre las letras y estructuras de canciones que crees usando nuestro Servicio.
4. Suscripción y Pagos
Algunas partes del Servicio se facturan mediante suscripción ("Suscripción(es)"). Se te facturará por adelantado de forma recurrente y periódica (como mensual o anualmente). La facturación se maneja de forma segura a través de Stripe.
5. Cancelación y Reembolsos
5.1. Derecho Legal de Desistimiento (Período de Reflexión)
Al realizar un pedido de Suscripción, solicitas expresamente acceso inmediato al Servicio. Reconoces y aceptas que al acceder al Servicio inmediatamente, pierdes tu derecho legal a cancelar este contrato dentro de los 14 días bajo las Regulaciones de Contratos del Consumidor (Información, Cancelación y Cargos Adicionales) de 2013.
5.2. General Refunds
Because you receive immediate access to our digital content, all Subscription fees are non-refundable unless the Service is defective (as outlined in Section 7). You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6. Terminación
6.1. Termination for Breach
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., fraudulent payment, abuse of the platform). In this event, no refunds will be issued.
6.2. Termination without Cause
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or terminate your account for business reasons. If we terminate your active, paid Subscription without cause, we will provide you with a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days in your current billing cycle.
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
7.1. Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under English law.
7.2. Defective Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our Service is defective and damages a device or digital content belonging to you as a result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
7.3. General Limitation
Subject to Section 7.1 and 7.2, Godsall.Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Cambios

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
